That route becomes available only after you've cleared the Maimi, Hanako and Saya Routes, and you'll be set on it right away as you restart the game. So don't bother trying to reach it before by selecting the "Talk to Kensuke" option during the first Club Meeting, like I (stupidly) did. With that said, on with the route!
